For example, you could be engaging a weight management team consisting of a personal trainer and a nutritionist or you could also be pushed to your limits by an athletics team made up of a triathlon coach, a sports nutritionist, and a rehab specialist. The plans that we curate will always put your interests in focus and work harmoniously for the best possible outcomes.

  • Of course! Contact us to book a consultation and we will assign you your preferred specialist accordingly.

  • Sure. However, this also depends on the trainer's availability. You may book a complimentary consultation here, where we can find out more about you and your goals to be able to recommend you the most suitable trainer for you. During the consult, you may share with the consultant your preferred trainer as well.

  • Our team is located island wide. Each of them is stationed in a boutique gym to train clients at such as Somerset, Dhoby Ghaut, Woodlands, and Kembangan. They do house visits, condo gyms, outdoors and virtually as well, depending on your fitness goals. You can click on each of their profile here to find out where they are located at or just book a consultation with us and we will give you recommendations accordingly.

  • It depends on the package you are going for. Each session will range from $110-$150.

  • Yes! You may have a one-time PT / Nutrition trial for $150.

  • No, it's not but we will strongly recommend to do so unless you are very clear about which trainer you like to train with, flexible with location, or basically rather have us make decisions for you and just get your program started, then ok, let's go! Contact us or call us now.

  • It is recommended to come for the body composition measurement so that we have a benchmark to look at before we kickstart your Personal Training/Nutrition Coaching. From there, we are able to set a clearer and a more realistic goal you together.

  • Yes BUT, our question to you is, is it sustainable? Unless you are looking to do this for a photoshoot, etc and would like to lose weight by the following month, sure.

    However, what we would like to help you achieve is a sustainable and healthy weight loss. So that even after you are done with your package, you are confident and know how to manage yourself.
