You may book a complimentary consultation here, where we are able to find out more about you and your goals to be able to recommend the most suitable trainer for you. During the consult, you may share with the consultant on your preferred trainer as well.

Our team is located island wide. Each of them is stationed in a boutique gym to train clients at such as Somerset, Dhoby Ghaut, Woodlands, and Kembangan. They do house visits, condo gyms, outdoors and virtually as well, depending on your fitness goals. Book a consultation with us and we will give you recommendations accordingly.
