Alongside you will receive online nutrition coaching from our expert dietitian and nutritionist who will work on habits and meal plans. To ensure you are on track with your weight management progress, we will conduct body measurements and fitness assessments once a month.

Our programs are unique because your personal trainer, dietitian, and nutritionist will work hand-in-hand to provide you with the best outcome and customize your personalized program accordingly.   • All of our trainers are qualified personal trainers and have at least 5 years of experience. If a client’s goals change along the way, they can choose to change the trainer to someone who is more suitable/experienced in that aspect.

  • We offer flexible options for your sessions. Our team is located islandwide - in boutique gyms: Somerset, Dhoby Ghaut, Kembangan and Woodlands. Our trainers also do house visits, train clients at condominium gyms, outdoors and virtually as well, depending on your fitness goals. You could let us know your preference during the consultation with us and we will give you recommendations accordingly. If you wish for our trainers to do a “home call”, you must let us know during the consultation with us so we can recommend a suitable trainer for you.

  • Extension of validity will be on case by case basis. In the situation the assigned trainer cannot make it on certain days or period, we will arrange a cover trainer, so you won’t miss your training.
