You may have already tried out many different methods, from meal replacement shakes to supplements and fad diets, such as popular ones like the Ketogenic Diet and the Low-Carb Diet. However, these types of cookie-cutter diet plans or “solutions” may not work for everyone due to different lifestyles, daily energy requirements, and habits. Besides looking good and feeling more confident about yourself, there are other benefits to why weight management is important. Being in a healthy weight range prevents obesity, which is a chronic disease that can lead to major health consequences such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and hypertension. We believe that prevention is better than cure.

Weight is measured against the Basal Metabolic Index (BMI) which may not be accurate for people with high skeletal muscle mass. Thus, our body measurements also include measuring body fat percentage and skeletal muscle mass to increase the accuracy of our assessments.

WHat to expect

There will be a minimum of 2 to 3 face-to-face personal training sessions per week working towards weight loss/gain. Online nutrition coaching with our dietitian and nutritionist will work on habits and meal plans. To ensure that you are on track, we will conduct body measurements and fitness assessments once a month.

Our programs are unique in that your personal trainer, dietitian and nutritionist will work hand-in-hand to provide you with the best outcome and customise your personalised program accordingly. Your assigned trainer(s) will be based on your preference, such as their location and/or specialisation.

  • Exercises are like skills that you practice consistently. You should see your personal trainer 2 to 3 times a week to start. This helps you establish a consistent fitness routine in order to achieve sustainable results. It is also a good opportunity to learn new workouts and techniques and ensure you perform exercises in the safest way possible.

  • All of our trainers are qualified personal trainers and have at least 5 years of experience. If a client’s goals change along the way, they can choose to change the trainer to someone who is more suitable/experienced in that aspect.

  • Our team is located islandwide - in boutique gyms: Somerset, Dhoby Ghaut, Kembangan and Woodlands. Our trainers also do house visits, train clients at condominium gyms, outdoors and virtually as well, depending on your fitness goals. You could let us know your preference during the consultation with us and we will give you recommendations accordingly. If you wish for our trainers to do a “home call”, you must let us know during the consultation with us so we can recommend a suitable trainer for you.

  • Extension of validity will be on case by case basis. In the situation the assigned trainer cannot make it on certain days or period, we will arrange a cover trainer, so you won’t miss your training.

  • Every individual loses weight at different rates. On average, most of our client loss up to 1kg or more per month, depending how much effort they put in. We believe in sustainable fitness and a healthy lifestyle. This means that there should be no shortcut to achieving your fitness goals. Ultimately, the goal of weight management, for anyone, is to live the healthiest life that they can actually enjoy enough to sustain, and where their weight goes with that lifestyle.
