Whatever your fitness goal, it can't be achieved without a solid nutrition plan. Poor or low-quality food can derail your progress and waste your hard work. Many nutrition plans don’t cater to your lifestyle and food preferences, but we ensure our coaching is sustainable for you. Instead of providing a templated meal plan, we work on step-by-step habits based on what you currently eat. This way, you don’t have to sacrifice your favorite foods or force yourself to eat what you dislike. Our expert nutritionists will create a tailored nutrition plan just for you.

30 mins initial consultation with a nutritionist.
Week 1-4:

Receive an overall email report summarizing your progress and recommendations.
12 weeks
Week 0-4:

Week 5-11:
◦ Personalized coaching based on your interests and goals, such as meal plans, recipe suggestions, favorite restaurant menu calorie breakdowns, meal prep tips, food storage tips, high-protein snack options, etc.
◦ Continue to complete weekly check-in forms to update progress and request what you'd like to learn the following week.
◦ Receive weekly emails with coaching plans
◦ You’ll have two check-in 30 mins calls with your nutritionist—around Week 6, and the final week (Week 12).
Week 12:
Receive an overall email report summarizing your progress and recommendations.

No, our Nutrition Coaching Program is fully online. All coaching, check-ins, and consultations are done via email, online forms, and scheduled virtual calls. There are no face-to-face meetings in this program.

Your nutritionist will be happy to answer your questions and offer guidance through your weekly coaching plans and during scheduled consultations. While we're here to support you during these times, please note that communication outside of these sessions is limited, and we do not offer 24/7 coaching.

It's not necessary to have a Doctor's referral to see us. It would be great to share your health report if you have an ongoing health condition.

No, we do not sell supplements. we believe eating whole food first is the best approach to getting your vitamins and nutrients. And if you decide that you want to explore taking certain vitamins or supplements, it's always important to talk to our dietitian before starting a supplement regimen.

No. All advice provided is tailored with your diet, cultural background, lifestyle etc. Diet is adjusted based on what you are currently eating and works with you to make a series of small changes over a period of time. They may even ask you to do only 1 thing per week!! It is important to make sure you tell the dietitian if you are having trouble implementing a change as they can provide you with the support to make healthy choices easier choices.

It depends. Depending on what is your favourite food, your goals, frequency of eating and etc. At the end of the day, we still believe in moderation and incorporating a wide variety of foods into the diet along with an active lifestyle.

For general nutrition guidance, a nutritionist is usually sufficient. They can help you make healthier food choices, create balanced meal plans, and develop sustainable eating habits. Nutritionists can also assist with health conditions where dietary improvements are beneficial.
However, for serious chronic conditions like kidney disease, or severe food allergies, a dietitian is recommended. Dietitians provide specialized medical nutrition therapy to manage and treat these conditions.
