Frequently asked questions

  • Preferably 2 weeks in advance as our trainers/speakers are on a first come first serve basis and we hope to assign you a trainer/speaker on your preferred date and time as well.

    However, do note that there will be rush fee of 15% for sessions booked equal to/less than 7 working days.

  • For physical activities, it can be held at your office if your space allows you to, if not we will recommend venues near you that are available for rent. Workshops & talks are usually held at your meeting rooms or office space unless requested otherwise.

  • We do not have minimum or maximum participants for the physical session unless it is workshop settings that require logistics (e.g., cooking demo). The number of participants is determined by the capacity of the location; there is no minimum or maximum number of participants required.

  • We can hold the virtual sessions on Zoom (up to 300pax), Microsoft Teams (up to 300pax), Google Meets, WebEx. For music-based sessions, we would highly recommend going for Zoom to have a better experience!

  • Yes! We are able to do the session onsite/physically, virtually, and hybrid. Hybrid is where the session will be held onsite and virtual participants are able to join. If you require setup from us, there will be an additional charge.

  • We can source and provide the equipment at an additional cost. Alternatively, you may get the participants to purchase/bring along their own.

  • Absolutely! Let us know your employees preferred intensity and we'll inform our trainer assigned. If you're unsure, you can leave it to our experienced trainers to adjust the intensity that day itself after seeing how the participants are doing.

  • We accept payment by: Cheques, Bank Transfers, Paynow, Vendors@Gov, Credit Card* (Fees are borne by Client)

    *We do not accept AMEX

  • Our payment terms will be 14 days after the session.

  • Nope! We are not GST registered.

  • You may write in to hello@fitfamco.com to request for the Terms and Conditions and our coordinators will send the attachment to you. Our T&C will come together with our quotation as well.

  • Currently, we only offer a 1 Year Credits Package that you can consider with up to 20% off our adhoc rates with a min. spending of $5,000 (upfront payment required). You may speak to our friendly consultant here to find out more!

  • YES WE WOULD LOVE TO. With our team of over 150 group exercise instructors and more than 80 different types of programs, we will be able to find one suitable for your needs. Not forgetting our personal training team who can help out with private coaching & personalized nutrition as well.

  • As long as it is wellness related, we can customise them for you! Just let us know ;)

  • We have talks ranging from 1 hour to 8 hours. This will be depending on your requirements.

  • Of course, yes! Don't worry as our speakers are all certified in their field such as psychologists/clinical psychologists, nutritionists/dietitians, certified group exercise trainers, etc.

  • Of course, even we get bored and feel like its just a radio if there isn't any interactions, we understand your employees would too! We make sure our speakers does a two way interaction for all the talks (using polls, etc), asking questions, and get participants to participate.

  • Yes! We do have talks that can relate to international day. For example: Gut Health and Female Hormone. We are also able to customize the talk depending on your goals/objective.

  • Never. Our goal for the participants is to feel value added. We understand the frustration of having to pay for a session to be sold more products/services.

  • Sure! There will be an additional charges for this starting from $180/hour.

  • The rates given are are mainly for the engagement of our specialist for the session only. If you require more time of their time for other purposes (e.g. reaching venue 20 mins earlier, setup, briefing, consultation, etc) or you require additional services (e.g. stage rental, hybrid class setup, customisation of topics, etc) do let us know so that we can quote you more accurately. We seek your understanding in this matter, as it may require the allocation of our trainer's valuable time, which could otherwise be utilized for other client's session.

    Rest assured as the questions you may have for the trainer/speaker can usually be answered by our experienced coordinators/consultant. If not, you may write your questions down in email and we will send them over to the trainer/speakers to answer at their free time.

    However, if you still wish to speak to our trainer/speakers, it will be an additional of $50/30mins.

  • This will depend on their availability since they are on a first come first serve basis. Rest assure as we have worked with many clients and they have been satisfied with the trainers/speakers we have assigned.
