Psychological First Aid (PFA) is an approach to providing immediate support and assistance to individuals who have experienced a traumatic event or are in crisis. It aims to reduce distress, promote safety, and facilitate the person's ability to cope and recover.
PFA is not a form of therapy but rather a set of principles and techniques that can be applied by anyone in a supportive role, such as first responders, healthcare providers, teachers, community members, or team leaders. The training equips individuals with the skills to provide practical and emotional support to those in need.

Our PFA program is specifically recommended for Human Resource employees and Team Leaders who want to gain crucial skills in psychological first aid, enabling them to provide immediate support and assistance to their team members during times of stress, trauma, or crisis.

A support group is a gathering of individuals who come together to share their experiences, provide mutual support, and offer encouragement and understanding to one another. These groups are typically composed of people facing similar challenges, circumstances, or life situations, such as a specific health condition, addiction, loss, caregiving responsibilities, work obstacles or mental health concerns.
Participating in a support group can provide numerous benefits, including emotional support, a sense of community, and access to valuable resources. Support groups complement other forms of professional help and can be a valuable component of an individual's overall support network.

Embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and mental wellbeing.
Mindful Journey: A 3-Month Mental Wellbeing Check-In
Mindful Journey is a transformative 3-month mental wellbeing program where participants embark on a personal exploration of their mental health. Through mental health screenings, interactive talks, and mini check-ins, individuals gain tools, knowledge, and support to prioritize their wellbeing. The program fosters growth, resilience, and self-discovery, creating a nurturing environment for open dialogue, peer support, and community building. A final mental health screening at the end of the journey evaluates progress, offering valuable insights and a roadmap for continued self-care beyond the program.
The number of months can be customised accordingly with 3 months being the minimum.
