Ginny has a Diploma in Diet & Nutrition (UK) and over a decade of experience in the field of nutrition training and consultation.

Ginny has been invited to conduct many corporate healthy living and eating workshops, for companies such as Shell Singapore, HDB, and Standard Chartered Bank. She has led healthy cooking and eating workshops for corporate, community centres, mosques, and schools. She was also invited to share on healthy eating for kids at Warna FM94.2.

In her nutrition consultation work, Ginny focuses on metabolic syndromes and works with many clients with high cholesterol, hypertension and pre-diabetes to improve their health and wellness. Many clients are able to reverse their health conditions through a better diet and nutrition regime. While everyone has a different lifestyle, Ginny works closely with her clients to customize changes needed to improve health and wellness, and to ensure that the changes are realistic, practical and sustainable.

Ginny believes that a healthy lifestyle with appropriate Exercise, a good Attitude, sufficient Rest and balanced Nutrients is essential to E.A.R.N. our long-term well-being. Besides being a nutrition coach, Ginny is also a mother who loves travelling, music and spending time with her family.
