Wendy has been teaching group x exercises since 2009 and actively organizing and participating in sports namely, running, hiking, kayaking, diving, long-distance cycling etc.
Sports and wellness have been my passion. She is also the vice chairman of Tampines Central Community Sports Network, actively organizing various sports events for residents.
Inspiring people to be active in sports and wellness is her goals in life. She aims to give her best in every group exercise for all programmes, HPB CPAP, SATP, MIFS, HWE or Corporate events.
