Hanson loves yoga, and now he's a certified Nithyananda Yoga Acharya, trained directly by His Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda in India. He's into Shastanga Yoga and helps people with practices like Nithyananda Floor Yoga, Shivastambha Pole Yoga, and Kundalini Rajju Rope Yoga to boost overall well-being.
Besides yoga, Hanson's got a nursing background, especially in cardiovascular, respiratory, and neurology studies. He mixes Eastern and Western methods, using body and mind scanning and energy healing to guide folks through the six parts of a healthy yogic body: Asana, Samadhi, Dharana, Pranayama, Dhyana, and Pratyahara.
Before diving deep into yoga, Hanson was a Nursing Administrator and lecturer at the University of Curtin, specializing in Neurology.
