About:
Being in the fitness industry for almost a decade now, you can see and feel Xiu Ting’s passion burning when training and interacting with her clients every day. She is an advocate of injury-free training through learning the foundations of movements and building awareness in your body.
Having participated in a fitness pageant and bikini bodybuilding competition, she is confident in guiding her clients to achieve their ideal physique through the right type of training and nutrition program. She strongly believes in being a good role model to her clients, and keeping herself active in the gym at least twice a week. Her physique is her proof!
Her background also includes training at the basic military training center where she provides training routines while imparting knowledge of exercise techniques to improve individuals’ performance.
