About:
Gina's passion for improving lives started in 2013 when she was offered an opportunity to help out in a newly opened boutique gym and was also sponsored for her personal training course. Having experienced the journey of pageants and bodybuilding, she realized, nothing is more important than achieving a healthy sustainable lifestyle.
There was so much to learn about exercise, other than weight management, there were also performance training, nutrition, and rehab, it was a whole new world. Gina wanted to create a team that could cover different aspects of fitness to offer her clients the flexibility to combine different specialists into one package, and that was how SgFitFam was born. Gina believes that to make a fitness regime sustainable, clients need to ensure they are covered holistically and that the programs catered have to be practical for their lifestyle.
Gina has been invited to teach & speak at open houses for companies, virtual events, webinars, and even on TV show Channel 8 “Hello Singapore” as a guest speaker to share her fitness knowledge with Singaporeans.
Outside of being a fitness professional, Gina enjoys rock climbing, spending time with her loved ones, and doing housework (No kidding! A clean place keeps her mind clear).
