About:

Maria is the Partner and Senior Consultant Psychologist of iGROW, an award-winning psychological consultancy specializing in Leadership, Engagement and Culture. She helps HR improve the engagement and health of their employees.

Maria accumulated valuable experiences in working with children, teens, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds from her various work. She was involved in several high-impact overseas projects to conduct psycho-social and trauma recovery training especially for children, and provided consultation to NGOs to start counselling and family centres in their respective countries.

Maria holds a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology from the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University. She received a prestigious scholarship offered by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Singapore to study Psychology at the National University of Singapore and graduated with an Honours degree in Psychology and Technopreneurship.
