Nana used to be an ardent fan of fast trending diets, only to realise that it did not work well for her weight and health. This intrigued Nana to pursue nutrition at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is now a strong advocate against going on a no-carb diet or calorie-counting methods or any extreme diet measures and believes in finding the right amount and type of diet based on each individual’s goals and knowing what works for the individual’s body.
Graduated with honours in Food and Nutrition, Nana has been in the industry as a lifestyle Nutritionist specialising in weight management, gut and skin health. Nana loves sharing her experiences and journey with people who have similar situations as her in the past and wants to find a sustainable solution. Her approach to personal coaching has always been very patient and she provides practical and useful tips to clients.
With her affluent public speaking skills and passion for nutrition, Nana was featured on various media platforms, including MediaCorp, Channel 8, Channel U, FM Radio 958 and Nu You Magazine. Her nutrition articles were also featured on the Nu You and Health No.1 magazines.
Nana enjoys conducting health and nutrition seminars, workshops and also cooking classes in corporate settings. This includes some of the following companies, such as Bank Julius Baer & Co, Chanel, Marriott International, HSBC, Aviva, Marigold, MINDEF Singapore and various Singapore local communities.
