Dorothea is a fitness enthusiast both inside and outside the gym. She loves running and HIIT classes as much as lifting those bars in the gym. She is a certified personal trainer from National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF). A believer in the importance of mental resilience and holistic well-being, Dorothea has also completed her Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course. Born and living in Singapore, she is passionate about helping women achieve their full fitness potential, whether the goal is weight loss, increased muscular endurance and strength, or to improve their overall health & wellbeing. Testament to her vision, she has worked full-time with a non-profit organization to provide fitness and mental programme. Dorothea is also certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a senior fitness specialist, FISAF International as an Aqua Aerobic Instructor. More recently, she has gotten herself certified as a Pre & Post-Partum Functional Fitness trainer. Her motto is “Everything I do, I do it with GRIT.” * Grit is Passion & Perseverance for a long-term goal. It is like a Marathon, not Sprint. * Grit is sticking with your future for years and working really hard to make that future a reality. She hopes she can share these values with her clients so that they will love their workout sessions and continue to keep themselves healthy, fit, and happy. In order to better serve her clients, she is consistently working out hard to keep herself fit. She would like to share her love and enthusiasm for holistic health with those who need them.
